About the role
This role manages and coordinates the development implementation and evaluation of diverse and complex projects ensuring completion within required deadlines quality standards and at or below budgets to support the achievement of Divisional and Environment and Heritage strategic and operational objectives.
About You
You are an experienced project and people manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time within budget and to high quality standards. You bring expertise in planning stakeholder consultation risk management and benefits realisation and you have the communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and with external partners.
Your background includes applying contemporary best practice in procurement contract management and environmental safety while providing clear strategic advice to senior leadership. With a commitment to integrity sustainability and inclusive partnershipsespecially with Aboriginal communitiesyou thrive on protecting natural and cultural heritage and ensuring exceptional outcomes for the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service.

Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
We acknowledge the ongoing custodial responsibilities of the Aboriginal peoples of NSW to care for Country and water and are committed to establishing meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal peoples in the management of the environment.
