Job Description
- Monitor and process workflow through operations:
- Initiating transfer orders.
- Verify all incoming parts are properly bar coded tagged and scanned to the correct location.
- Assist with inventory moves from plant to off-site warehouse locations.
- Inventory Accuracy
- Track movement of parts including control lots through all operations within the facility.
- Monitor accuracy of inventory moves in SyteLine from receiving anodizing assembly and any hold or inspection materials.
- Staging or other warehouse materials ensure proper raw product is staged and production lines are stocked with the current days production needs.
- Research and resolve any/all negative inventory issues.
- Review and report any discrepancies to Logistics Manager.
- Assist with any other duties and projects as required by Plant or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with all physical inventories on or offsite.
- Experience with forklift and/ or cherry picker
- Strong basic math skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. or more
- Basic computer skills and ability to fill out daily paperwork
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to stand or walk for a lengthy amount of time
