ORTC LLC is on the lookout for a spirited Recruiter- Remote to join our corporate team in the Kansas City metro area. We proudly operate nine adult outpatient treatment centers across Oregon and Washington focused on opioid and substance abuse recovery. From wherever you are youll be the remote recruiting force behind the heroes working on the front lines of recovery.

Must reside within Kansas City Metro area!

Travel:

Occasional travel to treatment center locations in Oregon & Washington to conduct or participate in job fairs or other recruiting activities.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Develops facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process including developing and maintaining a database of all applicants.
  • Collaborates with treatment center managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role industry standards and the needs of the organization.
  • Prepares job postings and advertising.
  • Screens candidates selects qualified candidates and interested candidates for the interviewing phase.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process conducting initial phone screen interviews (via Zoom or Teams when feasible) and identifying talent to move forward with face-to-face interviewing at local treatment centers.
  • Collaborates with the Director of HR/HR Manager to prepare offer letters identifying and recommending salary ranges incentives start dates and other pertinent details.
  • Conducts employment verifications and reference checks verifying experience and credentials.
  • Helping facilitate New Hire Orientation Meetings.
  • Follows up with treatment center managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made.
  • Ensures compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems including implementation and continuous training.
  • One plus year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform end-end recruiting from job posting interviewing job offers and onboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • The applicant must be able to support multiple facilities with varying time zones.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
