Am Standort Hechingen sind wir innerhalb von Vantive auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Filtern Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1.300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich tglich die Lebensqualitt von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Als Werkstudent:in Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) bei Vantive tauchst du in die spannende Welt des Recruitings ein und erhltst Einblicke in alle Facetten der Personalsuche und -gewinnung fr einen globalen Medizintechnik- und Pharmakonzern. Du bernimmst abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Personalabteilung und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Untersttzung bei der Terminierung von Bewerbungs- und Auswahlgesprchen im In- und Ausland
- Mitarbeit bei der Vertragsgestaltung und im Contract Management
- Untersttzung bei der Erstellung von Employer Branding Materialien
- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Social Media
- Untersttzung bei allgemeinen Projekten im Bereich Talent Acquisition
- Proaktive Untersttzung des Talent Acquisition & Human ResourcesTeams
Dein Profil:
- Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschriebene Student:in und verfgst ber sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprgten kommunikativen Fhigkeiten
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinitt zu digitalen Medien und MS Office Anwendungen
- Du bist zuverlssig gewissenhaft und arbeitest selbststndig
- Du hast Lust in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln
