Our client at Bay/Floor Toronto is looking for an experienced part-time Dental Receptionist.

Our client at Bay/Floor Toronto is looking for an experienced part-time Dental Receptionist.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Must be experienced Dental Receptionist
- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Basic Admin duties
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments procedures and consultations using Abeldent software
- Prepareinstructions regarding patients treatments and follow ups
- Deal with Labs to see if crowns are prepared
- Coordinate with specialists office: send x-rays explanatory letters etc.
- Accurately maintain charts and patient records
- Take calls from patients or specialists who have questions about treatment
HOURS:
- Tues (11-7)
- Weds & Thurs (9-5)
- Fri (7:30/8-3)
- Dynamic energetic and professional personality is key and have good customer service skills
- Ideally have 5 years experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Must know a dental software program and have strong computer skills - Asset if you know Abeldent
- Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
- Must have excellentcommand of the English language (both oral and written)
- Must be able to multi-task be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly efficiently and accurately
COMPENSATION:
- $TBD $25-$30per hour (depending on experience)
