Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Artisan to support ongoing facility upkeep and improvement projects. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasksfrom deep cleaning and organizing to light carpentry and minor repairs. We are seeking an individual who can take direction work independently and consistently deliver high-quality results that contribute to a clean safe and well-maintained work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Valid drivers license required
Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to research and learn new maintenance tasks when needed
Language Skills
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to assess basic repair needs and determine practical safe solutions
Ability to research or learn new techniques for unfamiliar repair or improvement tasks
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent standing walking sitting reaching and use of hands
Occasional climbing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling
Use of ladders hand tools and light power equipment
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 30 lbs
Vision requirements include close and distance vision color perception peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle as part of the job responsibilities
