We serve freshly pressed juices herbal teas smoothies supplements and offer holistic services to nourish body mind and spirit. Were seeking a dynamic team member to wear two hats: fuel our brands growth and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
What Youll Do
Brand Marketing (50%)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns (Instagram Facebook TikTok) that capture our vibrant faith-aligned voice
- Create engaging content: graphics short video clips blog posts email newsletters
- Monitor performance metrics and propose optimizations (post timing ad spend audience targeting)
- Coordinate with designers or freelancers to produce on-brand marketing materials (flyers ads signage)
- Manage our Google Business profile respond to online reviews and track local SEO efforts
Task Assistance & Operations (50%)
- Maintain calendars: schedule team meetings wellness events and community outreach
- Assist with inventory tracking and order supplies for the caf and retail shelves
- Field general inquiries (phone email in-person) and route to the appropriate team member
- Prepare weekly reports on social metrics campaign results and task check-ins
- Support the front-of-house team as needed (stocking light administrative tasks event setup)
What Were Looking For
- Energetic Self-Starter: You take initiative and juggle projects without needing constant oversight
- Creative Storyteller: You know how to translate herbal haven vibes into scroll-stopping content
- Organized Multi-Tasker: You thrive managing calendars tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with social platforms Canva or Photoshop Mailchimp (or similar) Google Suite
- Strong Communicator: Clear upbeat writing style; comfortable interacting with team and guests
Qualifications
- 12 years of marketing or social media experience plus some administrative support background
- Demonstrated success growing engagement or followers for a brand or project
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
- A passion for holistic health herbal remedies and plant-based living is a plus
- Able to stand/walk inside caf lift up to 25 lbs and assist with light event setup
