Encora is seeking a talented Lead Developer to join one of our largest healthcare clients on a strategic journey to unify their digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on development while shaping the future of healthcare technology.

What Youll Do
Lead & Collaborate: Drive day-to-day development activities mentor developers and help set priorities to keep the team on track.
Be Hands-On: Contribute directly to coding and architecture decisions delivering clean maintainable and scalable solutions.
Unblock Progress: Tackle technical challenges and remove obstacles so your team can work efficiently and deliver on time.
Ensure Process Excellence: Maintain and optimize Jira workflows promoting Agile best practices across the pod.
Shape Technical Vision: Assist with technical documentation solution designs and collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Your Tech Toolkit
Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript
Professional experience with (both page router and app router)
Solid knowledge of React and modern front-end development patterns
Skilled in CSS (Bootstrap and custom styles)
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures
Experience working with REST APIs
Comfortable using collaboration tools like Jira
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN
