Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water fire and cleanup projects
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with customers teammates and managers
- Document jobs thoroughly for insurance and client records
- Manage jobsite safety equipment and supplies
- Coach and train new team members
- Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license and clean record
- 1 year of experience in restoration construction or related field
- IICRC certification (a plus not required well help you earn it!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 with help) work in tight spaces and use ladders
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to pass a background check
