Location Requirement: Must currently reside in the Kansas City Metro area

What Will You Do in This Role
As a Regional Director of Operations you will oversee the operations of our senior living communities your assigned region.
Do You Have What It Takes
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible fun and energetic personality
- Must possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings
- Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management business development business accounting budget processes and nursing operations
- Must be able and willing to travel
- Must possess extensive knowledge of local state and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industry
- Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
