Job Description
POSITION: Carpentry Instructor JOB DESCRIPTION: Instructor of Carpentry with responsibility for developing coordinating delivering and supervising technical and related theory learning experiences for students in the Carpentry program. Instruction will be in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Educations Vocational Technical Education Framework for Carpentry. Additional responsibilities as needed including but not limited to updating curriculum. Classes are to be taught to grades 9-12 in a regional vocational : must possess or have the credentials to pursue Massachusetts Vocational Technical Teacher Licensure in Carpentry. Licensed candidates are preferred but qualified industry professionals are encouraged to of a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor school diploma or the least five years of full-time employment experience directly related to associate degree may substitute for one of five years of required employment experience provided that the degree includes subject matter related to one or more strands of the Vocational Technical Education Framework in Carpentry and/or in education.b.A bachelors degree may substitute for two of five years of required employment experience provided that the degree includes subject matter related to one or more strands of the Vocational Technical Education Framework in Carpentry and/or in must be willing to pursue the coursework required by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for : The compensation will be in accordance with the provisions of the approved Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School salary DATE OF POSITION: Beginning of 2025-2026 School PROCEDURE: will be received up to and including July 25 2025 or until need to be completed through School Spring () placement file or transcript should be forward to this office:Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School240 Sykes Street Palmer MA 01069AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERPathfinder Tech does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race color religion national origin sex gender identity sexual orientation disability age disability genetic information ancestry military service or marital status.
