Responsible for leading employees to ensure customer satisfaction by moving all shipments on time and damage free while observing the company and regulatory policies and procedures. Directs activities in the traffic area ensuring the accurate completion and processing of airway bills customs documents Hazmat and clearance. Will interface with stakeholders and collaborates with a variety of other functional areas to deliver program and company results that achieve business goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with internal business stakeholders to create procurement logistic solutions that meet or exceed service and cost expectations and special projects as defined by management. Also will be required to interact with all regulatory agencies to ensure operations is in compliance.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will have direct reports and is considered a leader within the company. Will be required to train and support a team to achieve departmental goals.
Language Skills:
The employee must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills be able to effectively present information respond to questions and proficiently write reports and business correspondence.
Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written.
Physical Activities and Requirements of the Position:
Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. Exerts up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally for office supplies and equipment.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; move about the facility. Some light physical effort required.
Must be able to work well under pressure. Domestic/International travel and overtime are required when necessary.
