In this role you will provide purchase processing support as part of the procurement delivery centre sourcing materials and services requested by the business unit. We are looking to attract and hire the right talent like you!

What You Will Do:
Review purchase requisitions for goods/services and complete purchase orders based on requirements ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures and requisition requirements.
Interact with suppliers contractors project managers engineers and other partners regarding requisition requirements purchasing needs approvals order status and follow-up.
Complete Request for Quote processes and release reviewed and approved purchase orders and change orders to suppliers.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
Who You Are:
Related university degree and limited previous experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. For candidates who do not possess a university degree an additional 3 years of related experience is required.
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts including an understanding of the current market conditions key suppliers industry knowledge and materials or services being procured.
Customer service focused and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Knowledge of MS Office suite and Oracle Cloud a plus.
Working Conditions:
Office environment. No travel.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary - $26.25/hour - $36/hour
