What does your day to day look like

• Manage front-of-house operations including answering calls maintaining caf cleanliness handling mail and couriers and assisting staff with administrative tasks.
• Process invoices in SAP reconcile monthly credit cards in Concur and manage purchase orders and budget reconciliations for both reception and partnerships functions.
• Ensure all visitors and contractors are properly inducted and signed in via the SINE application and maintain an up-to-date reception manual.
• Assist with overflow sales tasks such as compiling airchecks preparing post-campaign reports and supporting client proposal development.
• Support the Partnerships Lead with campaign planning client communication ticketing event attendance and activation of partnership activities including marketing and reporting.
• Act as a key contact for partners in the managers absence liaise with internal and external stakeholders and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

What youll need:

• High attention to detail and demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates a strong customer-service focus for SCA stakeholders and has a clear understanding of customer needs and is attentive to these needs
• Is able to develop and foster sound working relationships with SCA employees and Partners
• Is aware of and strives to proactively carrying out SCAs strategy
• Has a positive attitude to change and new challenges
• Can develop effective working relationships with own team and offers to help others in the team without waiting to be asked
• Responds positively to unexpected changes
• Event management implementation
