Charleston SC Full-Time
Quality Home Care LLC is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our home health care operations. If you have a strong background in Medicaid DDSN and Medicare programs and a passion for delivering high-quality care with a marketing mindset we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the home health office to ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Manage intake scheduling and care coordination for clients.
- Ensure accurate billing and documentation for Medicaid DDSN Medicare and private pay services.
- Supervise and support administrative staff and caregivers.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals case managers and community partners.
- Lead local marketing and outreach efforts to grow client base and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 25years experience in home healthcare management or operations.
- Solid knowledge of Medicaid DDSN and Medicare billing and compliance.
- Experience in healthcare marketing and client outreach.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a Caregiver
