Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step tasks autonomously.
- Integrate external APIs tools and data sources to extend agent functionalities.
- Architect scalable workflows using LangChain or LangGraph frameworks.
- Monitor evaluate and optimize agent performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement business-driven agent solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of agent workflows design decisions and iterations.
- Explore and incorporate new tools and frameworks to enhance agent intelligence.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on agent development best practices.
Skills
Must-have
- 23 years of experience in AI agent development and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python with advanced scripting and integration skills.
- Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph for building modular agent architectures.
Good-to-have
- Solid experience with API integrations and multi-service orchestration.
- Knowledge of vector databases for retrieval and context capabilities.
Will be a plus
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS GCP Azure).
- Experience with CrewAI and AutoGen frameworks.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Experience using Weights & Biases for tracking experiments.
