Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsible for gathering information from and delivering to federations broadcasters etc.
Provide top level support and scheduling for Live 24/7 teams
Manage IMG ARENA Live Console and provide advanced troubleshooting of delivery and acquisition architecture
Ongoing development and training of junior team members
Develop existing knowledge of Media Rights Acquisition Procedures and Contract Law
Please Note
This role supports live operations teams and therefore some out of hours unsocial hours work and travel may occasionally be required as necessary.
Key Results Areas
Delivering Streaming to IMG ARENA proprietary software within SLA
Work with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all content acquisition is booked and delivered to end user
Person Specification Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
A strong passion for sport
Strong knowledge of content management acquisition and delivery systems
Previous experience in both the media and gaming industries would be advantageous
Extensive experience in delivering projects to set deadlines preferably within or with links to the sports industry.
This role requires a highly organised person with the ability to collaborate on new product idea generation through to managing live event implementation
Ability to work in a fast-paced fun and challenging environment defined by an intense focus on innovation
Skills and Abilities
Mandatory
Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven experience of building relationships with the ability to adapt his / her style to the situation;
Ability to draft clear fluent grammatically accurate and concise written correspondence;
Able to juggle and prioritise a varied workload often working to tight deadlines within a pressurised
environment;
A competent user of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Outlook Word Excel and Database
Management;
Ability to work in an ambiguous/ fluid business context comfortably
