The dual-brand hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel combines two premium brands into one employer! Have you already found your passion in Revenue Management with all its facets Come and join us as Multi Property Director of Revenue Strategy (m/f/d).Two brands - endless possibilities!
Your most important tasks include:
- Responsibility for the development implementation and management of the revenue strategy for 2 hotels with a total of 1017 rooms
- Carrying out market demand and competition analyses for optimal price and availability management
- Monitoring market behavior and competitors (e.g. RevPAR index market penetration) and deriving strategic recommendations
- Analyzing daily data and creating/optimizing reports to identify opportunities and trends
- Managing and optimizing direct and indirect distribution channels
- Working closely with Sales Marketing E-Commerce and Operations
- Utilizing and developing revenue management systems (RMS)
- Creating forecasts budgets pricing strategies and performance reports
- Leading developing and motivating a dedicated revenue team
- Ensuring targets are met (e.g. RevPAR GOP ADR)
- Thinking and acting as part of a global international team driving the commercial and strategic business plan process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Be able.
- At least 5 years experience in strategic revenue management ideally in a multi-property role
- Sound knowledge of forecasting pricing distribution and total revenue management
- Experience in RMS systems
- Strong analytical skills strategic thinking and entrepreneurial flair
- Management experience in an international and matrix-based environment
- Very good communication skills and cross-divisional thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken English and good German
- Interest in an exciting challenge in an international hotel group
