Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator Tracking
Responsibilities:
- Supports the day-to-day operations of shipments containing clinical trial supplies and samples.
- Ensures a high level of support service reliability and availability to internal departments.
- Acts as the direct point of contact for couriers for tracking receiving and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound shipments.
- Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two years general logistics experience or equivalent combination of education training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent client service skills.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Outstanding analytical interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision-making.
- Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices is an advantage.
