Job Description

Were seeking a dynamic individual who is both driven and approachable. You should be task-oriented accountable and ready to engage with everyone who steps into the studiomembers employees vendors and visitors alike. If you can motivate a sales team actively listen and foster a welcoming environment we want to hear from you.
As a Studio Manager youll ensure every detail is handled with care. Youll celebrate milestones with our members from their 20th class to their 65th birthday and drive the team to surpass sales goals. Youll be the person who fixes issues promptly and makes every member feel at home.
- Coordinating and executing initial and ongoing studio marketing and outreach events (pre-sales events studio events social media etc.)
- Managing overall studio operations
- Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
- Interviewing hiring and onboarding new sales associates
- Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
- Exhibiting an enthusiastic energetic personable and friendly demeanor
- Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Showing passion for health and wellness in the community
- Leading by example as a team player
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Associate or bachelors degree in business or related field
- Willing and able to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience working in a sales retail or fitness environment (preferred)
- Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
- Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva etc. (preferred)
- This position is a full-time opportunity

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
