Position Description:
Within the Active Directory team you will be joining the technical experts of the Level 3 support team. As part of an agile team you will be responsible for supporting the production with your expertise. You will also have the opportunity work closely with the teams in Paris Bangalore and Asia on the global projects.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
What will be your DAY-TO-DAY
As a technical specialist you will ensure the optimal operational performance of the AMER Active Directory platform.
You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing global projects including upgrades to the global infrastructure and various security enhancement initiatives.
In the process you will get acquainted with our way of managing our 300 servers infrastructure.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass a blend of project work and support tasks creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Collaborating with teams in Paris and internationally will present you with intriguing challenges and fresh ideas.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Skills and Qualifications:
Must Have:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or equivalent job experience
Ability to analyze and understand complex issues in Active Directory systems
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex ADFS implementations
Experience of Windows scripting and Automation via Powershell
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders including senior leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical stack in more details includes knowledge and abilities on: LDAP DFS DNS DHCP SCOM SCCM backup and restore technologies Patching and Certification Authorities.
Knowledge of both languages: French English*

*Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
