About the Role
The Family Services Practitioner supports children young people and their caregivers and can work in a range of Baptcare programs. This vacancy is a highly rewarding role in our Foster and Kinship team covering the Northern region of Tasmania. The role undertakes comprehensive carer assessments and provides ongoing carer supportwithin a co-created placement support plan. Practitioners consistently promote the best interests of the child/children to ensure their safety and wellbeing and require strong assessment and case management skills as well as demonstrated interpersonal and advocacy skills and the ability to work effectively in collaboration with the childs care team.
