Dual Rate Supervisor:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift placing special emphasis on guest service security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching.(Current specific game requirements i.e. Blackjack Roulette Craps Dice Baccarat and/or Pai Gow Tiles)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operating two to eight table games on an assigned shift.
• Working knowledge of all table games house rules counting methods and procedures covering each.
• Assures that all coin and check racks are always filled.
• Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager Table Games or Director Table Games.

Table Games Dealer:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly excellent service to every guest. (Current specific game requirements i.e. Blackjack Roulette Craps Dice Baccarat and/or Pai Gow Tiles)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Acknowledges greets and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces determining winners and losers collecting and paying bets.
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
• Reads verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary.

Slot Attendant:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Slot Attendant is responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on machines as well as minor repairs. A Slot Attendant walks the casino floor making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly courteous service always.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests. Enhances guests slot entertainment experience by creating a fun high-energy environment through the celebration of slot wins and building players perception of luck.
• Displays attentive upbeat and enthusiastic behavior during each and every Moment of Truth interaction throughout the shift.
