Responsibilities
Join our Internal Medicine team in Waukee IA where youll support providers in delivering high-quality care to adult and senior patients. As an LPN you will assist with clinical procedures patient assessments and care coordination in a professional team-oriented environment.
Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical history
Assist with exams and minor procedures
Administer medications and vaccines per protocol
Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Coordinate prescription refills and prior authorizations
Support patient flow and clinic efficiency
Qualifications
Active Iowa CMA/LPN/RN license
CPR certification (BLS required)
Strong communication organization and clinical skills
Prior experience in internal medicine or outpatient setting preferred
