Responsibilities

Join our Internal Medicine team in Waukee IA where youll support providers in delivering high-quality care to adult and senior patients. As an LPN you will assist with clinical procedures patient assessments and care coordination in a professional team-oriented environment.

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical history

  • Assist with exams and minor procedures

  • Administer medications and vaccines per protocol

  • Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests

  • Provide patient education and follow-up instructions

  • Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Coordinate prescription refills and prior authorizations

  • Support patient flow and clinic efficiency

Qualifications

  • Active Iowa CMA/LPN/RN license

  • CPR certification (BLS required)

  • Strong communication organization and clinical skills

  • Prior experience in internal medicine or outpatient setting preferred
