Position: Senior Completions/Commissioning Specialist

Worksite: 5985 Rogerdale Road Houston TX 77072

Responsibilities:

Assist Completions Manager to plan initiate & manage engineering projects ensuring the successful delivery of Completions/Commissioning activities. Serve as liaison between business & the technical aspects of projects. Lead supervise & resolve execution issues on a daily basis & provide guidance on the use of various Completions/Constructions tools. Maintain the commissioning database population & the ongoing management of the database throughout the lifespan of projects including setting-up populating & managing the project Completions and Commissioning data. Administer & train the project team on the Continuum Edge CMS (Commissioning Management System) used throughout the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning stages of the project. Prepare multi-disciplinary Commissioning work packs & lead the compilation of turnover/handover dossiers and documentation in readiness to pass to Operations. Manage the interface between contractors vendors & the client throughout the Completions and Commissioning stages of projects until project completion. Coordinate & manage ongoing Punch listing requirements throughout Completions and Commissioning stages of projects. Assist in final project close out prior & during final turnover to the client. Follow the Worley Completions Framework to facilitate the accurate Turnover of systems utilizing established handover & turnover processes. Interface directly with engineering contractors construction personnel & operations staff. Manage projects through the collection of engineering quality & commissioning documentation and coordinating tests required for project completion. Responsible for turnover & delivery of scoped systems during the execution phase of the Project ensuring all documentation relevant to the Commissioning phase including O&M manuals Training materials Engineering databases for O&M systems upload spares lists and spares etc. is received by the Project. Coordinate with Engineering & Commissioning and Start up teams to ensure Systems are properly structured with tag items and associated check sheets providing clarification & guidance on all Turnover / Handover and Punch related issues. Provide completions status & reporting as required by the project ensuring that completed tag item check sheets are progressively scanned & uploaded in the database. Manage & track completion of Punch List data from final walk downs. Assist in developing & deploying Project Completions Management systems & training. Establish & maintain the master data warehouse for Systems Completion. Liaise with Document Control to ensure the correct controlled flow of latest documentation throughout the Systems Completions Group. Ensure the database is structured in accordance with project requirements. Advise on check sheet & sub-system allocation population and verification. Responsible for all field generated documentation & the tracking / disposition of required turnover documents including turn-over/handover dossiers.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Management or a related field plus 8 years of professional experience in a Completions/Commissioning or Turnover role including experience with Completions and Turnover of complex installations experience using Continuum Edge or a similar CMS (Commissioning Management System) experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects; experience applying functional knowledge of all project discipline systems design and reporting processes and track record of completion and success in delivery of projects.

Alternate Requirements: 10 years of professional experience in a Completions/Commissioning or Turnover role including experience with Completions and Turnover of complex installations experience using Continuum Edge or a similar CMS (Commissioning Management System) experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects; experience applying functional knowledge of all project discipline systems design and reporting processes and track record of completion and success in delivery of projects.
