Our client a well established digital and back office services provider serving the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a Turkish speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta.
Tasks
- Helping internal and external customers
- Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved
- Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
- Customer research (bonuses deposits transactions betting slips documents bet calculations)
- Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
- Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
- Attending team meetings and activities
- Taking over in the absence of the team leader
- Escalating technical issues
- Responsible for the Emergency procedures
- Chat and Email quality assurance
- Analyzing any promotion before its launched
- Responsible for the Banned procedure
Requirements
- Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
- Work experience preferably at least one year
- Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software
- Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken as well as in English
