Job Description

Our client a well established digital and back office services provider serving the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a Turkish speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta.

Tasks

  • Helping internal and external customers
  • Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved
  • Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
  • Customer research (bonuses deposits transactions betting slips documents bet calculations)
  • Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
  • Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
  • Attending team meetings and activities
  • Taking over in the absence of the team leader
  • Escalating technical issues
  • Responsible for the Emergency procedures
  • Chat and Email quality assurance
  • Analyzing any promotion before its launched
  • Responsible for the Banned procedure

Requirements

  • Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
  • Work experience preferably at least one year
  • Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software
  • Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken as well as in English
