Job Description

Lead the automation efforts for new features and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement automation strategies. Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks. Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers. Analyze test results identify issues and work with developers to resolve them. Continuously improve the automation framework and processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation and testing. Requirements: Proven experience in Selenium Automation with BDD frameworks. Experience with Telecom domain Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C#. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
