Job Description

Position: Receptionist / Office Clerk
Work Location: Prince George VA 23875
Payrate: $15.00/hr
Duration: Full Time
Shift: Mon Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Manage scheduling and calendar updates
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
  • Support general office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Well-organized detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
  • each above and below shoulders. Repetitive use of hands.
