Job Description
- Location: Laconia NH 03246
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12hr Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1980 - $2160
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures using fixed or mobile X-ray equipment.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures in a manner that ensures patient comfort and safety.
- Adhere to proper radiation safety protocols to protect patients staff and self.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to obtain optimal diagnostic images.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures appropriately in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred).
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow protocols and physician orders to ensure diagnostic quality images.
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients before during and after procedures.
- Support department workflow and assist other technologists as needed.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Experience: 1 yr minimum experience in specialty in acute care setting OR experience is preferable and documents travel experience.
- Licensure: Active NH Radiologic Technologist License or Compact State.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
- EMR Experience: Cerner preferred.
- Locals accepted-local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within a 50-mile radius.
