Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Developer
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8-15 Years
Location : Santa Clara California
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience with Flow Designer Service Portal Scoped Applications and Integration Hub.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in HRSD CSM SecOps GRC or ITOM modules.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup for ServiceNow deployments.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and ServiceNow CMDB best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration tasks including access control reporting and data import/export.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification is a plus.
- Design and develop customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.
- Configure and enhance core modules such as Incident Problem Change Service Catalog CMDB Knowledge and Request Management.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST SOAP MID Server or integration hubs.
- Ensure data integrity and security across ServiceNow modules.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution to defects.
- Maintain technical documentation related to architecture processes and customizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
