Job Title : Senior Veeva Vault RIM Technical Business Analyst
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 10-20 Years
Location : Sannyvale California
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development preferably in SaaS environments and business analysis
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and business models
- Proficiency in programming for data analysis and automation
- Experience with AI and ML technologies and their applications in SaaS environments
- Familiarity with VQL (Vault Query Language) for data querying in Veeva Vault systems
- Excellent communication skills to bridge communication between stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory processes in the medical device industry
- Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM suite including Vault Registrations Vault Submissions Vault Submissions Archive and Vault Publishing
- Write and execute VQL (Vault Query Language) queries for data analysis and reporting in Veeva Vault systems
- VQL query writing and optimizationMarket research and competitive analysisUser acceptance testing (UAT) and Change management and process optimizations.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements to enhance software functionality
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product features and enhancements
- Facilitate the adoption of SaaS solutions across the organization
- Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM suite including Vault Registrations Vault Submissions Vault Submissions Archive and Vault Publishing
- Write and execute VQL (Vault Query Language) queries for data analysis and reporting in Veeva Vault systems
- Design and implement AI and ML solutions for Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems particularly within the Veeva Vault ecosystem
- Leverage Veevas AI Partner Program to develop and integrate GenAI solutions with Veeva Vault applications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while implementing innovative AI solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI/ML models to enhance regulatory operations efficiency
- Nice to have knowledge in programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java
- Experience with applications built on cloud solutions
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and database management systems
- Ensure best practices in code quality testing and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
