Job Description:
Sort count weigh and permanently identify hogs.
Pen animals in appropriate segregation programs.
Learn and apply Tyson Pork Procurement Programs carcass merit information and harvest sheet processes.
Understand weight docks and buying procedures including long-term contractual agreements.
Act as a station relief buyer in the absence of the manager for vacation or training purposes.
Ensure compliance with all Tyson SOPs for animal handling safety protocols and USDA regulations.
