Job Description
Role: Disaster Recovery Project Manager
Location: St. Louis MO (Must reside locally; Mon Fri availability with occasional weekends)
Duration: 2 Years
Focus: Lead post-disaster recovery efforts through strategic planning coordination and execution of infrastructure financial and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee complex recovery and revitalization projects in federally designated disaster areas

Collaborate with FEMA government agencies Boards of Directors and community stakeholders

Direct activities involving construction financing infrastructure development and contractor procurement

Manage RFP/RFQ processes grant writing and contract administration

Conduct and lead in-person community outreach across impacted regions

Facilitate virtual meetings and ensure seamless communications across platforms

Maintain project transparency accountability and rapid issue resolution
