Job Description
Role: Scrum Master
Location: San Diego CA (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Description:
- Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex software products.
- This role is ideal for a servant-leader who can coach mentor and facilitate Agile ceremonies while removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement.
- You will work closely with Product Owners Developers QA and leadership to ensure agile principles are followed and value is delivered to the business.

- Scheduling and leading daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment.
- Organizing sprint planning meetings to define clear objective.
- Conducting sprint reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
- Identifying and resolving obstacles affecting team progress.
- Addressing challenges that may delay project timelines.
- Ensuring a steady workflow to maintain team productivity.
- Guiding teams in agile best practices to improve efficiency.
- Encouraging self-organization and ownership of processes.
- Conducting regular feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
- Facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring transparency and accessibility of project-related information.
- Facilitating retrospectives to review and improve team processes.
- Implementing feedback loops for continuous learning and adaptation.
