Job Description

Job Title: Apptad - Product Trainer
Job Location: USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Job Duration: Long-Term

Job Description:

We are hiring a Product Trainer to create and deliver customized training for business users on a modular cloud-hosted SaaS system. Experience with adult learning methodologies and government client environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop training materials user guides and interactive content.

- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.

- Simulate system workflows using test data and case-based scenarios.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or application training.

- Experience supporting training on systems of similar complexity and audience scale.

- Strong communication and instructional design skills.

- Familiarity with LMS tools training simulations and feedback tracking.

Notes
USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Available to work onsite or in hybrid model as required during implementation
Experienced in projects of similar size and scope (i.e. large-scale SaaS/public sector/government transformation projects)
Capable of supporting long-term delivery and governance alignment
