About the Role
Were hiring a Lead Data Engineer to work on high-volume data systems in the Banking / Capital Markets domain. If youve worked with tools like Kafka Snowflake and Python and have experience in financial environments - we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Design and manage large-scale data pipelines for financial systems
Use Kafka to handle real-time data (e.g. live trades transactions)
Work with Snowflake to structure and store this data
Write Python scripts to clean organize and automate data flows
Lead a team of data engineers and make architecture-level decisions
8 10 years of experience in data engineering
Strong experience with Kafka Snowflake and Python
Prior experience in banking or capital markets
Experience leading teams or projects
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and data security best practices
