Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Operations Specialist
Location: Rahway NJ - Remote
Duration: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
- Experience working within a ticketing system such as Jira to manage social media requests.
- Experience writing and updating social media policy documentation.
- Experience using social media monitoring platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social (proficiency in Sprout Social is a plus).
- Proficiency in Client Business Manager & Client Campaign Manager Ads manager.
- Experience developing Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.
- This role requires extensive knowledge of social media account creation processes including Facebook pages YouTube channels Instagram accounts and WhatsApp Business accounts. In addition you should have experience involves managing multiple users assets and ad accounts including billing setup such as credit lines and payments profiles.
- This involves troubleshooting how to connect it recover the page and troubleshooting with our Client support team.
