Key Responsibilities:
On-Site & Customer-Facing Support
- Accompany sales teams to client locations for technical assistance
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions
- Address customer queries and troubleshoot application issues
- Resolve technical problems post-application
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support visits
- Collect and analyze feedback to support product improvement
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Control teams for updates on product enhancements
Remote Support & Follow-up
- Offer technical assistance via phone/email when site visits arent possible
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure continued customer satisfaction
- Set up and maintain demo equipment and participate in technical workshops

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
Diploma / Bachelors / Master s in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Paint Industry
Mandatory:
- Must be a local candidate from Mumbai
- Must have a long-term commitment to the role
