Company Overview
We are hiring for a client who is looking for an AC Technician to join their team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to take the next step in their careers within a dynamic work environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Install new air conditioning systems and units.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC systems and components.
- Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of HVAC system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Handle refrigerant recovery and recycling according to environmental laws.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Conduct system performance tests and adjustments.
- Work with electrical wiring in HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to clients.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AC technician or similar role.
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC technology.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repair.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid HVAC certification and/or license.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and refrigerant handling.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
