Job Title: Gastroenterologist DM DNB Consultant
Location: Mathura India (On-site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnose gastrointestinal disorders.
- Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and gastroscopy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide expert consultations for complex cases and collaborate with surgical teams.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention strategies.
- Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to advance gastroenterology knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gastroenterology.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and residents.
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and protocols.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote gastrointestinal health.
- Respond to emergencies and provide supportive care as needed.
- Establish effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions.
Qualifications:
- DM in Gastroenterology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- DNB in Gastroenterology is highly preferred.
- Medical degree (MBBS) with a valid registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology.
- Proven expertise in endoscopic techniques.
- Strong understanding of gastrointestinal disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
- Research experience in gastroenterology is a plus.
