The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring effective delivery of educational programs at assigned hospital sites. This role is a managerial role with people leadership requiring a blend of organizational acumen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders including clinical staff educational teams and external partners.
Manage Test Proctors
- Identify interview and select qualified candidates to serve as test proctors.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure proctors understand test administration protocols procedures and policies by partner.
- Ensure that all proctors meet partner compliance requirements specific to the testing environment.
- Create manage and maintain proctor schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all testing sessions.
- Provide day-to-day supervision support and guidance to proctors to ensure smooth operations during testing periods.
- Monitor and assess proctor performance provide feedback and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Ensure that proctors adhere to established test security protocols confidentiality and testing guidelines.
- Conduct audits or spot-checks to ensure proctors are following test administration policies and protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of testing incidents attendance records and completion of post-test summaries.
- Identify inefficiencies in testing procedures and recommend process improvements to streamline test administration.
- Manage resource allocation such as testing materials exam room assignments and technical equipment for proctors.
Site Coordinator Training and Onboarding
- Provide hands-on individualized support for site coordinators during the first 90 days of employment.
- Facilitate job shadowing experiences where new site coordinators can observe experienced colleagues in action.
Resource Allocation
- Oversee update and manage the skills lab calendar to ensure efficient scheduling of open lab sessions and structured lab utilization times.
- Coordinate with hospital administration or site operations teams to secure and manage room reservations for testing simulation and skills lab sessions.
- Ensure skills lab equipment tools and technology are prepared and ready for use in simulation scenarios and assigned skills lab sessions.
- Track adherence to scheduling protocols including time limits for reservations proper equipment uses and health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and procure supplies as necessary adhering to budgetary constraints. Document as needed.
- Directs New Student and Nursing Core Orientation for each cohort.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Knowledge of healthcare skills and simulation education or training coordination (i.e CNA MA EMT).
- Previous experience in program coordination preferably in an educational or training setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with students instructors and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
