Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Control Laboratory Method Scripter. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting paper-based laboratory methods into digital formats for an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN). This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write scripts to translate paper-based laboratory methods into an electronic laboratory notebook.
- Review revise and rigorous testing of method scripts to ensure reliability.
- Develop techniques to read and process data from scientific testing equipment into the electronic laboratory notebook.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel and other teams to meet laboratory processes and data integrity requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with computer scripting or programming in any language is desirable. Biovia LES scripting is a plus.
- Prior experience in a GMP laboratory environment is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of XML and its applications in data structuring is beneficial.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific field computer science or related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Ability to read and write formulas in Microsoft Excel.
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
