As Product Manager within this fast paced delivery focused function youll lead the development and evolution of innovative best-in-class learning products for hybrid and digital environments. Youll own the product life-cycle ensuring offerings are customer-focused scalable and deliver strong ROI.
Acting as the voice of the customer youll define product vision guide a cross-functional squad and maintain a value-driven backlog. Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and launch high-impact learning experiences on a global scale.
Day to day youll:
- Define & Drive Product Vision: Lead the vision strategy and roadmap for your product portfolio continuously optimising for customer impact and business ROI.
- Champion Product Excellence: Be the voice and advocate for your productsclearly articulating the value roadmap and learning and commercial outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Launch Impactful Products: Bring new scalable commercially viable and future-fit products to market that meet the evolving needs of modern learners and organisations.
- Own Commercial Outcomes: Take full ownership of P&L meeting financial targets and driving revenue growth and market share across your product domain.
- Manage Costs & ROI: Effectively manage resources and operating costs ensuring strong return on investment and efficient delivery.
- Track & Measure Success: Define monitor and report on KPIs to measure performance inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer-Focused Innovation: Leverage deep understanding of learners and organisations to create compelling customer-facing development solutions.
- Lead Research & Market Insight: Collaborate with research teams to commission and apply user research and market analysis to shape product direction.
- Engage Stakeholders: Actively gather and prioritise needs from customers and internal stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary team discussions managing diverse viewpoints while staying focused on stakeholder outcomes.
- Oversee Agile Delivery: Guide end-to-end delivery using Agile and Scrum practices ensuring the team meets service standards and delivers with transparency.
- Shape the Product Mix: Use a Build/Buy/Borrow approach to curate and deliver best-in-class learning solutions at scale.
- Manage the Product Lifecycle: Use data user feedback and market trends to iterate and enhance productsdriving engagement usage and measurable learning outcomes.
- Adapt to Change: Stay ahead of evolving tech and learner needs adapting product strategy to suit a hybrid and digital-first environment.

- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using Jira Confluence and other agile tools to drive delivery.

- Decisive Execution: Confident in making data-informed decisions and applying frameworks like RAPID to execute strategy.
