Job Description
Our client is looking for a recruiter who can recruit for: Fullstack platform and backend software engineers. This will eventually convert to full time. This role is full remote but candidates must live in either San Francisco Seattle or New York.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience
- Must live in either: San Francisco Seattle or New York
- Experience recruiting for: Full-stack platform and backend software engineers
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media and professional networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tech industry trends and job market dynamics
