Job Objective:
To maximize hotel revenue through effective sales strategies targeted at corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts drive business from key corporate segments and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify solicit and develop new corporate business accounts.
- Maintain and grow existing corporate client relationships.
- Conduct regular sales calls presentations and site inspections.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals contracts and corporate rate agreements.
- Revenue Management
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the corporate segment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance.
- Work with the Revenue Manager to develop packages and pricing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Organize and host client entertainment corporate events and familiarization trips.
- Reporting & Administration
- Submit sales activity reports forecasts and market feedback to management.
- Participate in departmental meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of proven sales experience in the 5 star city hotel with at least 2 years in the corporate segment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel event planning and contract negotiation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Software.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Results-driven proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
