We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Position how youll contribute
- Salesforce Enhancements & System Integration: Design implement and maintain robust Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components ensuring high performance and reliability across the platform.
- Database & BI Excellence: Apply advanced SQL and relational database expertise to build and optimize data models that support both Salesforce operations and broader BI strategies.
- End-to-End Development: Architect and implement scalable reliable solutions that ensure data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.
- Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear accessible language for diverse stakeholders keeping everyone aligned.
- Documentation & Multitasking: Become the go-to expert in creating and utilising detailed documentation while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Engage in peer code reviews advocate for best practices and process improvements and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing forward-thinking development culture.
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Experience: 5 years development (on any OO language) good understanding of DBs.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with hands-on experience in SQL and relational database management crucial for BI tasks.
- Expertise in Apex and integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong documentation discipline.
- Cert: Platform Developer II (minimum).
- Proficient in English at a communicative level (B2)
