Job Description
Experian is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and support high-performing Scrum teams while also handling light administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives and many more).
- You will guide teams in Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and partners to ensure clear understanding of goals scope and product domain.
- Report on team metrics and progress using Agile tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Support project documentation and perform light administrative duties as needed.
- Foster relationships across teams and departments to enhance collaboration and delivery.
- Working flexibility covering Australia time zone working on roster and support during weekends or afterhours during deployments if required.
- Monthly reporting (Scrum Team metrics DORA Timesheets etc) including financial reporting (administrative tasks PR/PO creating as well).
- Prior experience with JIRA query handling and Microsoft BI reporting.
Qualifications :
- 8 years experience with 5 years of experience in leading Scrum Teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-level global organization.
- Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments and leading Scrum of Scrum and PI plannings sessions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines risks and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
