Job Description

Junior Data Analyst Procurement Controlling (m/f/d) Europe & North Africa

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join the Procurement Controlling department for Europe & North Africa (ENA) as part of our team of Data Enablers. In this role you will actively contribute to enhancing performance monitoring tools ensure data quality and provide analytical support across multiple teams. If youre passionate about data digitalization and continuous improvement this opportunity is for you.

 

What will you do

  • Maintain and enhance automated reporting tools using Snowflake Tableau and Excel
  • Continuously improve and adapt tools to better meet operational needs
  • Ensure consistency and quality of data across various sources (OneStream ASTOREs Category Manager & Sales-Teams etc.)
  • Support ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects (such as AI Reporting Distribution Review etc.) with data insights
  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing reporting tools.
  • Champion and promote data literacy and actively support digitalization and change initiatives within ENA

Qualifications :

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Foundational experience in data analysis e.g. through an internship or apprenticeship
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python
  • Solid proficiency in Tableau for data visualization
  • Good command of Excel; familiarity with Snowflake or cloud environments is a plus
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Teamplayer with a strong collaborative approach
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Professional level of English required; French is an asset
