Internship Summary:
Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

Program Dates: Monday June 1st 2026 Friday August 7th 2026
Application Deadline: Applications for the Global Technology & Operations Internship Program will be open from Monday August 25th 2025 to Monday September 1st 2025 11:59pm EST (we review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability).
PGIM Investment Professional role applications open Tuesday July 1st 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday August 4th 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.
What you can expect:
This internship program offers exciting opportunities across various areas within Global Technology & Operations each with its unique focus. Your placement within the program will provide exposure to one of the following areas:
Architecture Dive into scalable technology frameworks and systems that fulfill complex business requirements.
Data Analytics & Management Leverage advanced algorithms and data processing techniques to derive impactful strategic insights from large datasets.
Engineering & Development Utilize cutting-edge programming methodologies to construct and optimize software solutions enhancing user functionality and performance.
Security Become a digital guardian by protecting assets and infrastructure through strategic risk management and threat assessment.
These responsibilities provide a broad overview and not all will apply to every placement:
Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to contribute to impactful feature development and technical design.
Engage in designing and developing scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in creating user stories process designs and data models for agile delivery particularly in Data Analytics & Engineering.
Explore and leverage business systems and data tools to drive insights and strategic decisions.
Participate in software development activities including coding testing and debugging using modern frameworks.
Advance understanding of emerging technologies emphasizing innovation across all areas.
Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives by identifying risks and implementing detections which monitor employees digital assets infrastructure and sensitive data.
This hands-on experience is not only invaluable for your professional growth but also strategically positions you for the Global Technology & Operations Rotation Associate Program a full-time opportunity designed for those early in their careers. This two-year development program allows Associates to gain broad hands-on experience across multiple areas through three structured rotation assignments building both technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Based on your graduation date and successful internship performance you may have the opportunity to directly enter the program continuing your development journey within Prudentials dynamic environment.
What youll need:
Education Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028.
Fields of Study Open to all majors with relevant fields including Computer Science Computer Engineering Engineering Mathematics Statistics Business Analytics Data Analytics Economics Finance and Management Information Systems plus other technical areas with programming theory.

Note: The hourly range for this role is $36.00 to $38.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
