Responsibilities:
Order monitor and maintain all technology inventory; coordinate and perform physical inventory counts of on-hand inventory
Validate and approve all supplier invoices for payment
Coordinate all software/firmware upgrades
Process sale lease and rental invoices of all technology components in a timely manner
Manage processes supporting the accuracy and reporting of inventory and sales information
Monitor all loaner and demo equipment for technology products
Register all sold technology components and keep accurate sales records to facilitate technology warranty claims
Provide administrative support to sales personnel by coordinating product availability scheduling installs assuring technology support and meeting customer delivery deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred
Personal Attributes: Customer Focus Problem Solving Learning Orientation Attention to Detail Ability to Multi-Task Teamwork
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Standing walking using hands talking hearing
Working Conditions are indoors and noise level is moderate

The pay range for this position is
$26.32 to $31.57Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
